The verification of the lightning rods allows us to protect our clients against possible counterfeits or unauthorized products, guaranteeing that the equipment meets the quality and performance standards required by Aiditec Systems. Additionally, once its authenticity is validated, the lightning rod will be covered by our limited lifetime warranty, in accordance with the conditions established by the company.

To request verification of your equipment, you can contact us through the contact form and provide us with the following information:

• Lightning rod model.
• Serial number.
• Purchase invoice and/or product certificate.
• Any additional information that facilitates the identification of the equipment.

Our technical department will review the documentation provided and confirm both the authenticity of the product and its warranty coverage.

Equipment that does not pass this verification process or whose authenticity cannot be accredited will not be able to benefit from the limited lifetime warranty offered by AIDITEC SYSTEMS, SLU.
